I am so excited about ye prospect on a seriously LITERARY H. P. Lovecraft convention to be held next year in Providence! That city has a magick charm for those of us who have fallen under HPL's spell. Because of my present health deterioration, I won't be able to go on any walking tours; but just to dwell in Providence with hundreds of other Lovecraftians will be a fabulous event. To dwell with Lovecraft scholars is a delicious treat. They have helped me to grow as a literary artist by revealing aspects of Lovecraft's fiction that I would never have discerned on my own; & such education has expanded my approach to writing Lovecraftian horror. Oh babies--I'm EXCITED!
